Privacy

What we collect

• Your name, work email, company and, if you choose, phone number
• The service you are interested in and your message
• The page you sent the form from, the site language, and campaign tags (UTM) if you arrived from an advert or newsletter
• Your consent and the version of the consent text you agreed to
• A one-way, salted fingerprint of your IP address and your browser type, used only to stop abuse. We never store your IP address itself.

Please do not send sensitive information such as health or financial details. The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

To reply to your request, prepare a consultation and, if we work together, manage our business relationship. The legal basis is your consent, given with the checkbox on the form. Your details are not sold and are not used to train AI models.

Where it is stored and who processes it

• Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this website and stores form submissions in its D1 database and R2 storage. These services run on Cloudflare’s global network, so your data may be stored and processed outside the UAE.
• Resend sends the confirmation email to you and the notification email to our team. It processes your name and email address outside the UAE.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is used by a person and not a bot.
• ElevenLabs runs Rose, our chat and voice assistant. If you chat with or call Rose, your messages and the audio of the call are processed by ElevenLabs outside the UAE. Rose is optional; the consultation form does not use it.
• Our customer relationship management (CRM) system receives your request so our team can respond.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are kept on the website platform for up to 24 months (730 days) and are then deleted automatically, once they have been transferred to our CRM. Weekly backup copies are kept in private storage for 90 days and then deleted automatically.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Reply to any email you have received from us, or send a request through the consultation form and mention “privacy request”. We respond within 30 days and may need to confirm your identity first.
